The Kumbo Council Bernard Fonlon Information Centre (KUCBFIC):  Construction is ongoing for a 70 Million francs multipurpose Information Centre - the Kumbo Urban Bernard Fonlon Information Centre.  This is on the side of the former library and old court. It is a storey building that will house a modern Library, a comprehensive bookshop, a computer-training unit, a Lamnso language unit, conference hall, indoor games, unit, and a cafeteria. The Information Centre is at an advanced phase of construction.  The ground floor or library section is already in use.  The library is now open to the public. Books found in the Library are donations from the British Council and individuals like the late Pa Banboye William. Negotiations are equally going on with funding bodies for partnership.
