The grandstand at the Tobin Municipal Stadium is a great asset in the Kumbo Municipality. This is where activities and celebrations of the Cameroon National Day, the Youth Day and the Labor Day take place. It is used as the official site for most Administrative occasions like installations, handovers, inaugurations etc. The grandstand also serves as canopy for V.I.P's during First and Second Division matches in Kumbo.

Unfortunately the grandstand was destroyed by a devastating storm. The council designed a project of 37 Million FCFA for Youth and Sports.  With the council contribution, the first phase of this project has been realized.
